Do you make assumptions?

Making assumptions about what someone else, needs, wants or should/shouldn’t do is setting yourself up for mental torture. You will never be able to guess or assume what someone is thinking or genuinely feeling, unless you actually ask them. Resorting to mind games or emotional manipulation as a way of getting the love you want, is a massive relationship habit, red flag!

These mind games are extremely damaging, and can destroy any trust and respect. If you want to improve relational intelligence in your relationship, to do it by setting boundaries — not traps.
